Sebbene la luna sia collegata a sogni e fantasie, la sua luce susciterà una sensazione di chiarezza mentale.
A questo accendete una candela ed avvicinatela al viso sentite le diverse qualità della luce che colpiscono i vostri sensi, quella calda della candela e quella gelida della luna.
Meditate su di esse finchè avrete dilatato al massimo la vostra capacità di comprensione, quindi ponete termine all’esercizio.
Osservate ogni notte le fasi lunari, in particolare la luna al mattino e dopo mezzanotte, tenete conto delle fasi della luna e imparate a immaginarvela in tutte le sue forme e colori.
